Jane is primarily responsible for the provision of administrative support to staff in the Faculty Office and advice to students enrolled in the Faculty. As Science Support Officer, Jane provides
advice to students and staff on the interpretation of Faculty and University rules, regulations and processes; advice to students on course structures, enrolment, progress towards graduation; management of Faculty website content; administrative support to various Faculty committees (e.g. Equipment & Minor Works, Teaching Excellence); assistance with Faculty marketing and student recruitment activities, including National Science Week events.
