Science Support Officer - Thursdays and Fridays

General Responsibilities

Louise is primarily responsible for the provision of administrative support to staff in the Faculty Office and advice to students enrolled in the Faculty. As Science Support Officer, Louise provides advice to students and staff on the interpretation of Faculty and University rules, regulations and processes; advice to students on course structures, enrolment, progress towards graduation; administrative support to various Faculty committees (e.g. Equipment & Minor Works, Teaching Merit); assistance with Faculty marketing and student recruitment activities, including coordination of the Science and Engineering Challenge.
