73G Bachelor of Surveying and Spatial Sciences
This 3-year (minimum) full-time or equivalent part-time course is offered by the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Technology. The course is offered on the Hobart campus. Subject to unit availability, students wishing to undertake their first year of study on the Launceston campus may be able to do so.

N4N Bachelor of Surveying and Spatial Sciences with Honours
The Honours course (min 1 yr) provides students with advanced skills and research experience in a specialised area of surveying and spatial sciences.

S5A Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems
The Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems (min 1 semester) meets the needs of people who do not have prior experience of GIS and are seeking to acquire knowledge, or who have some training or workplace experience with GIS and are seeking to improve their knowledge and gain a formal qualification.

N6Y Graduate Diploma in Spatial Information Science with Honours
This graduate diploma (min 1 yr) meets the needs for professional development and advanced training for people working primarily in land based sciences (e.g. foresters, geographers, town planners, surveyors) who need to use spatial information science in their work or study.

K6J Graduate Diploma of Land Surveying
This 1-year (minimum) full-time or part-time course is offered by the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Technology on the Hobart campus. This course, together with the Bachelor of Surveying and Spatial Sciences or its equivalent, provides the necessary qualifications for registration with the Tasmanian Land Surveyors Accreditation Board for the purposes of the Surveyors Act; and for reciprocal registration in other States of Australia.
