S2D Associate Degree in Computing
The Associate Degree in Computing is a 2-year award which provides a solid foundation to the disciplines of Computing and Computer Science.

K2S Diploma in Creative Media Technology
The Diploma consists of an eight-unit program generally undertaken on a part-time basis. The program is taught by the Human interface Technology Lab, Australia based in the School of Computing and Information Systems.The HIT Lab AU is a specialist teaching and research centre bringing foundation virtual and mixed reality technologies to the Launceston campuses.

73D Bachelor of Computing
The Bachelor of Computing is a comprehensive 3-year degree course that encompasses computer science and software engineering with an applied orientation. Three specialisations are available:
  • Computing (Hob/Lton) - software development and systems management
  • Games Technology (Hob only) - software engineering with a games orientation
  • Human Interface Technology (Lton only) - provides a thorough understanding of visualisation, simulation and VR and AR techologies.

    73F Bachelor of Information Systems
    This on-campus, 3-year full-time (maximum 7 years) course is offered at the Hobart and Launceston campuses. The course aims to produce graduates with knowledge, skills and understanding of: the relationships of information and information technology to organisational needs; current management practice in the development of information systems, their use and associated policy formulation and analysis; the value of research, critical thinking and effective communication.

    13H Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Computing
    This four year (minimum) combined degree of Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Computing is offered on the Launceston and Hobart campuses, and the first year at the Cradle Coast Campus, by the Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Science, Engineering and Technology. The course is studied on-campus, although some Bachelor of Arts units are offered by distance education. Subject to attendance and timetable requirements, part-time studies are also available.
