By the end of her first year at University, Libby knew she wanted to be a Psychologist. In 2003, she was one of the first students to graduate with Honours in Psychology on the Launceston campus. She now works as a Guidance Officer within the Education Department.
“I love working with children and within a school environment, and I hope to continue within the field of Educational Psychology. I was a year 12 student who was unsure of what I wanted to dedicate my life to. I am now working to help young people reach their potential, both academically and socially in a job I love.“
“What I studied at Uni not only helped me gain a solid theoretical basis for my career, but it gave me the opportunity to learn how to interact with a wide range of people from a variety of disciplines. I may even return to study my Masters in Clinical Psychology.”
