Lecturer

I joined the School of Psychology as a lecturer in 2006, after previous roles as a research fellow in the Tasmanian School of Pharmacy, private consultancy work in research and evaluation, and as a psychologist working with people with severe persistent mental illness.

Research Interests

I have dual streams of research interest: psychopharmacology, and clinical psychopathology. Specifically, my research examines areas such as the dynamics of illicit drug markets, and the health and neuropsychological sequelae of use of illicit drugs such as methamphetamine, MDMA and cannabis. Other research areas include psychopathology and cognitive function in psychosis, and the pharmacological and psychological treatment of severe persistent mental illnesses.
