Research Interests
I investigate processes that help, or hinder, peoples’ adjustment to major health crises. I develop and trial innovative interventions designed to improve adjustment in patients, and their loved ones. I am particularly interested in exploring multi-media methods for dessimination of intervetnions in order to improve public access to evidenced based health interventions.
Research Areas:Teaching
I am involved in the professional training of clinical psychologists enrolled in Master and Doctoral level programs. In addition, to generic units related to professioanl practice, I teach units in specialised fields of health psychology or behavioural medicine, and couples and familes interventions.
