SeaMap Tasmania- Mapping the Gaps (Staff)

 Members: Vanessa Lucieer
The current mapping of the Tasmanian marine environment has significant gaps. This project will complete the marine habitat mapping around the coastline from Whale Head to Robbins Passage. The current gaps include mose of the coastline in the NRM North region and specific priority areas: the Tamar Estuary, Macquarie Harbour, Orielton Lagoon and Moulting Lagoon. Read More....

SeaMap Tasmania (Staff)

The SeaMap Tasmania project has been running since January 2000. The project aims to improve our understanding of the seabed habitat distribution around the coastline, including many of the states large estuaries and lagoons. Read More....
