Cosmopolitan marine species: widespread connectivity or limited taxonomy? (Staff)

Molecular studies are revealing many cryptic and sibling species within marine invertebrate taxa and especially for species that have a global distribution. We are using DNA sequence data in combination with traditional taxonomic approaches to understand the relationship among geographically isolated populations of globally distributed corals.
