Kristin is the project coordinator for a teaching development grant titled, 'A climate of interdisciplinarity: a teaching collaboration for enhancing interdisciplinary student learning about climate change'.
This project explores how an interfaculty teaching collaboration across two campuses can address the complex issue of climate change in a way that enables students to learn from, and contribute to, different disciplinary knowledges. Kristin has worked with eight lecturers across six Schools at UTAS to develop integrative learning activities to be delivered through semester based units in each discipline, and brought together at an end-of-year student-led forum on climate change.
