Research Interests

  • The Environmental Condition Assessment Framework (ECAF): a framework that supports environmental reporting relevant to management decision making
  • Estuarine, Coastal and Marine Indicators for Natural Resource Management
  • Mapping and monitoring (change detection) of shallow water habitats including seagrass and epiphytic loadings
  • Low-cost remote sensing of shallow water environments including digital aerial photography and satellite imagery
  • Analyses with spatial metrics including near-shore habitat patch dynamics, fragmentation and landscape ecology metrics
