Career Summary
Enamul Haque graduated in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with First Class Honours from Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET) (Formerly BITR) Bangladesh, in 1995. He received the M.Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering from University Technology Malaysia in 1998. In 1998, he awarded IPRS (international postgraduate research scholarship) scholarship to pursue Ph.D studies at The University of New South Wales, Sydney Australia.
After completing Ph.D in Electrical Engg., he worked as a Casual Academic in the School of Electrical Engg. & Telecommunications, UNSW, for one year. Dr. Haque worked as an Assistant Professor for King Saud University, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates University, UAE for four years. He left UAE University in January 2007 to join University of Tasmania to work as a Research Fellow in the school of Engineering. Since February 2008, he has been working as Lecturer in Power Engineering in the School of Engineering.
Dr Haque is member of IEEE, USA. He is a regular reviewer of IEEE, IET and AJEEE journals and IEEE/IET international conferences. He has published 40 international Journal and Conference papers.

- Distributed and Renewable Power Generation (Wind, Solar), Hybrid Remote Area Power Supply System (RAPS)
- Power electronic design and applications for power system and renewable energy generation
- DSP based control of variable speed motor drives
- Power Quality and EMI/EMC Issues
