F5.4 Nuclear microprobe (PIXE) (Staff)

The Nuclear Microprobe (NMP) focuses MeV energy ions into spots of 1-2 µm in diameter to provide sensitive, non-destructive imaging of major and trace element concentration and lattice residence.
