Research Interests
Kristy has a research and practical interest in Information Systems Strategy in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. Given the resource limitations of the SME, Kristy has been working with local businesses to develop tools and techniques to aid in the design and deployment of IS strategies in these businesses.
Kristy also has related research interests in Business Process Analysis, currently working on determining an effective method of analysing and managing processes in SMEs.
