Prior to commencing his current position as Lecturer in the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Luke worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Acute Mental Health Services in St. Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney .
Since qualifying as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, he has also worked in Forensic, Rehabilitation and Community Mental Health Services in Ireland and Australia.
Research Interests:
Luke is currently completing a Master in Nursing (Honours), focusing on acute mental health nursing and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander mental health.
