RCNA Nursing & Health Expo in Hobart
RCNa expo 2009 at the Hotel Grand Chancellor
The Royal College of Nursing Australia, each year hold a Nursing & Health Expo in every state of Australia between April-July and is designed to enhance the profile of nursing as a profession. It was held in Tasmania on Sunday, 12th July at the Hotel Grand Chancellor.
The objectives of the Expos are to:
- profile the nursing profession;
- profile a positive image of nursing;
- promote recruitment to and retention of the nursing workforce; and
- showcase equipment and lifestyle options.
The Expo was sponsored by the Australian Government - Department of Health and Ageing.
