POTENTIAL GRADUANDS Are you expecting to graduate this semester? You are responsible for nominating and maintaining your expected completion details on your enrolment record. Failure to notify the University of your expected completion date could result in your graduation being delayed. If you have been identified as a potential graduand, you will receive written notification from the Graduations Office in early June for Semester 1 graduations or early October for Semester 2 graduations. At that time, you can also check your Personal Graduation Details on the Graduation Office website. What you need to do If you are expecting to graduate and if in early June or October you cannot access your personal graduation details and you have not received at letter from the Graduations Office, you should contact Shevonne Carling immediately. Do not leave it until after the examination period as it may be too late to include you the graduation ceremony because of the extremely tight deadlines that surround graduation. All graduation certifications remain provisional until course completions have been finalised i.e. all units have been successfully completed and all requirements (e.g. exemptions, clinical placements, withheld/deferred/supplementary results etc.) have been processed. If a unit is not completed, or if you fail a unit or other requirements remain outstanding, you will not be able to graduate. Further Information For more information on graduation ceremonies and dates visit the Homepage of the Graduation Office website. For more information on your graduation eligibility contact Shevonne Carling by email or phone 03 6324 3701.
