This project, headed by Dr Christine Stirling, involves the completion of the development of recruitment marketing tools and a volunteer handbook so that they are ready for publication. Draft products will be revised as the result of stakeholder feedback, editing and product finalisation completed so the handbook is at the printer ready. This project is the final stage of the handbook development and will be used by the Tasmanian Ambulance Service as a recruitment tool and to assist with the retention of its volunteers.
