This project aims to assist the Tasmanian Ambulance Service (Tas) to improve the recruitment of volunteer ambulance officers. Key research fellow, Dr Christine Stirling, will undertake the project to develop a recruitment strategy for rural ambulance volunteers.

Project Plan

Dr Stirling will research and develop a recruitment strategy for Tasmanian Ambulance volunteers, by drawing on previous research, consultations with key stakeholders (including current and potential volunteers), and working with marketing expert, Dr John Byrom from the School of Management at the University of Tasmania.
