The objectives of the project were to foster the best outcome for 0-3 year old children living in the Campbell Town district by:
working with the parents of 0-3 year old children to identify, and work towards achieving, their personal goals, including parenting goals; and
working with the communities and other relevant stakeholders to develop support services and systems that are readily accessible to parents of young children at risk.
