Midwifery Continuing Professional Development Project (Staff)

The project consisted of a literature review on continuing professional development, a comparative study of continuing professional development policies from Australian allied health and selected medical and international midwifery professional organisations. A major component was a series of focus groups, exploring midwives' perspectives on continuing professional development, which was used to provide recommendations for the implementation of the framework.
