This unit will be integrated with the programme in the fifth year of the course. Clinical attachments encompass the areas of Emergency Medicine, General Practice, and pre-intern placements in a variety of disciplines, inlcuding general medicine and surgery to help prepare students for the intern year after graduation. Overall objectives are organised by the themes of Human Health, Communication & Collaboration, Community Health & Disease, Personal & Professinal Development and Integration.
