Simon is responsible for Biochemistry units within the School. Simon has previously worked at the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Oxford, UK and Massey University, New Zealand.
Research Interests
Simon research focuses on bioenergetics, spectoscopy and instrument development related to to work with enzymes and organelles. Simon has carried out in vivo measurements on whole organisms either in the laboratory or in the field.
