G3F Bachelor of Business

The Bachelor of Business is the perfect degree for providing graduates with the knowledge and expertise required for a professional creer in business. A broad-based, multi-disciplinary degree it blends a core curriculum of business essentials with the flexibility to study complementary specialist disciplines.

Students will gain a sound understanding of the fundamentals of business and an appreciation of how individual disciplines fit together in an organisation, and if you choose to undertake a Corporate Internship you will gain practical experience in a reallife context. By studying a UTAS Business program you will be challenged to think critically and work independently, and will develop the abilities and confidence essential for succeeding in today’s competitive global business environment.

As a Business graduate you will have the opportunity to pursue a range of exciting careers in public and private enterprise and will be qualified to work in fields as diverse as accounting, economics, transport, logistics, international business, human resource management, consultancy, taxation, retailing, tourism and hospitality, information systems, web systems, banking and finance, sales and marketing, government, investment, or perhaps even start your own business. The opportunities are endless when a Business degree is the beginning.
