Lecturer

Sonia was a lecturer at the University of Newcastle, NSW for 7 years before joining the University of Tasmania in 2003. She completed her Honours in activity based costing (Management Accounting) and Masters in pricing options on futures (Finance) at Newcastle University and is currently studying for her PhD at the UTAS. Her PhD research is on governance and voluntary sporting organisations. She also completed a Graduate Certificate of University Teaching and Learning at UTas. Sonia teaches at both the undergraduate and postgraduate level.
