The Bachelor of Music Studies provides a quality tertiary qualification at the undergraduate level. The educational objectives of this degree is to allow for a general appreciation of music to expand over three years to a deeper level of knowledge, understanding and skill, in both the applied and academic subjects that makes up the discipline of music, such as is required for a Bachelor degree.

The Associate Degree in Music Studies degree is for students who are interested in gaining a wide understanding of music and developing knowledge, skills and techniques appropriate to employment in music related industries or other activities related to music or involving broad knowledge of music.
