The Journalism, Media and Communications Media Lab was launched by the Hon David Bartlett MHA, Minister for Education and Vice Chancellor Professor Daryl Le Grew on 16 May 2007.
The new Media Lab includes five radio and video production studios, a twenty-space editing suite and a newsroom.
