The 'Mick' Townsley Collection
Professor Wilfred ('Mick') Townsley (1909-2001) was the founding Professor of the Department of Political Science at UTAS. He was appointed in 1956 and retired in 1976. This collection was kindly donated to the School of Government by his family following his death in 2001.

Lithuanian Reference Library
This is a truly unique collection - the only one of its kind in Australia. Opened in 2005, the library has over 1,000 books and journals dealing with Lithuania and its people. Titles are in English and Lithuanian.
