Through our School you can choose to study:

a LANGUAGE MAJOR (Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese) or
a MAJOR IN ASIAN STUDIES
Major in Asian Studies
Requirements
To complete a major in Asian Studies you will need to complete 100 points, with 25% at 100 level and the remaining 75% at 200 and 300 levels.
The two core units (which students are strongly advised to take) are
HMA101 Asia: Enduring Traditions (Semester 1)
HMA102 Asia: Transformation and Change (Semester 2)
However it is possible to count any other valid 100 level unit in the Faculty of Arts as a prerequisite.
